She has become renowned on the UAE entrepreneurial circuit as a journalist who has a highly visible presence, a keen eye for potential startup success stories, and as an editor who supports un-sung heroes/heroines in life and business. She regularly moderates and chairs high profile events with prominent entrepreneurs, asking thought-provoking questions and retaining the attention of hundreds of people.
Tamara holds the position of Managing Editor of Entrepreneur Middle East magazine, a division of Dubai-based BNC Publishing officially licensed by the US-based publication Entrepreneur, where she focuses on editorial content development and cultivating fresh ideas that continue to promote the Entrepreneur Middle East brand both regionally and globally.

Prior to moving to Dubai (UAE) from her native Belgrade (Serbia) and starting her career in journalism in 2012, Tamara worked in the international trade policy development field, specifically focusing on the World Trade Organisation law. Climbing the ladder from a trainee to a legal advisor in the Ministries of the Government of the Republic of Serbia, she spent seven years actively participating in multilateral and bilateral negotiations within the WTO and EU accession processes of the Republic of Serbia. Through these engagements she honed the skills for creating, managing, and communicating to the public complex concepts and projects that have wide-reaching impact on a government, economy, and society as a whole.
Tamara earned a master’s degree in international law and economics(M.I.L.E) from the World Trade Institute in Bern (Switzerland), which was supported by the Government of Switzerland ESKAS Federal Scholarship Program 2007/2008.
She also holds a bachelor’s degree in international law from the Faculty of Law University of Belgrade (2004). During her studies, Tamara won the first prize in the improvisation category of the Faculty of Law’s Oratory Competition (January 2004).
Tamara is also a fitness and yoga enthusiast and a strong advocate for youth and women’s empowerment.
